防爆电气设备的防爆等级和防护级别（bié）是完全不同的概念（niàn）。具有防爆能力，不一定具有防水能力，也不（bú）一定具有防尘（chén）能力（lì）。在使用过程中，不可混（hún）为一谈（tán），只有正确理解和掌握了防爆与防护等级知识，才能在各种不同的使用环境下，正（zhèng）确选择和安（ān）全使（shǐ）用防爆电气设备。在恶劣环境下，要使用防爆（bào）等级（jí）高和防护（hù）等级（jí）比较高的（de）设备。用（yòng）户在电气设备选型时，应该分别对防（fáng）爆与防护等（děng）级提出要求，选（xuǎn）择防爆等级和防护等级都能满足使用环（huán）境（jìng）要求的（de）产品。
